#TBT Cracking Aces Hand Of The Week - Chris Moneymaker Pulls Off The Bluff Of The Century

I had Chris Moneymaker on my poker podcast today, which is a sentence I never thought I’d be able to ever say, even a month ago. I mean, I’ve always loved poker since I watched Moneymaker take the world by storm when he won the 2003 WSOP Main Event. He kicked off the poker boom and I’ve never looked back. So it was an absolute honor to talk to Chris for 30 minutes about that Main Event, his 16 years of being a poker ambassador since, and what he thinks poker can do better now. He also said he followed my run in the 2017 Main Event and Barstool made it interesting. Yes, HE followed ME. What a freakin’ world.

We’ve gotten very good reaction to the first two episodes of Cracking Aces. I’m in love with doing this podcast, and I’ve actually surprised myself with how good both episodes have come out. I’ve always been a huge self-doubter when it comes to this stuff but it’s actually gone very well so far. Last week we had on Daniel Negreanu, and this week Moneymaker. Not a bad 1-2 punch to kick it off.
